The changing of the seasons is a great time to do a reset and have a fresh start. Incorporate some of these ideas in to your plans over the next few weeks to feel refreshed for the Spring!

  • Reflect on the last few months: what went well? Where do you see room for growth/improvement?

  • Set an intention (or a few!) for the upcoming season

  • Get organized (cabinets, drawers, closets, etc.)

  • Declutter that which you don't need anymore/the things that no longer serve you (more tips for Spring Cleaning here!)

  • Do a social media cleanse - make sure you're only following content that makes you feel empowered!

  • Pick out a couple of year-long goals to prioritize and make an actionable plan to work on them

  • Research which fruits and veggies will be in season locally, and make an effort to incorporate them into some healthy, yummy meals

  • Create a seasonal playlist with all of your current favorite songs (and add on to it as the season progresses)
