Alcohol can interact with medications, increase the risk of falls and lead to dehydration. That’s where these fun mocktails come in!

Here are some refreshing sips for everyone to enjoy, especially our seniors!
Citrus Sunshine Spritzer
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup of sparkling water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1.    In a glass, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until well combined.
2.    Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
3.    Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
4.    Stir gently and enjoy the refreshing taste of citrus!
Ginger Pear Sparkler
Ingredients:
½ cup of pear juice
¼ cup of ginger ale
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pear slices and a sprig of rosemary (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1.    Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2.    Pour in the pear juice and lemon juice.
3.    Top with ginger ale and stir gently to blend together
4.    Garnish with fresh pear slices and a rosemary sprig for a tasteful finishing touch.
