Golden Horizons Elder Care keeps the home care process simple.
Once we’ve agreed upon your loved one’s home health care services cost, you:
-Sign an agreement outlining the care plan and terms. The agreement is not binding and you may cancel it at any time with 24 hours’ notice.
-Provide a deposit, prior to start of services, which is credited to your loved one’s first week of senior home care.
-Our billing process: Make one payment each week (or monthly depending on frequency of services), by check, to Golden Horizons Elder Care Services.
-We also can bill your long term health care insurances as well with the permission from you if needed.
