Founded in 1996, Golden Horizons ElderCare Services, Inc., began as a small company with the goal of high quality customer service, individualized care, and hands-on cooperation between the owner, staff, and clients.  Although we have grown over the years, we prefer to remain manageable so that each client and their needs are known personally by our support staff.

Only screened, tested, and/or certified individuals become a part of our team of caregivers.  Their performance is closely monitored by our staff in order to improve the quality of their care. Our office develops the care plan and schedules after consultation with the client, family, discharge planner, VNA or Hospice provider, and primary care physician where applicable.  Each caregiver is personally introduced and oriented to the individual client and care plan.  Our staff is bonded and insured for your protection.

We provide care principally to the elder person who, while medically stable, requires assistance in an effort to maintain a sense of independence in their own home.  A wide range of services include personal care, homemaking, companionship, and transportation.  Whether you require short-term hourly care after release from a rehabilitation facility, in-home hospice support services, long term live-in assistance, or something in between, we can accommodate your needs.  Our services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client.

Our rates are competitive.  It is difficult to place a value on the peace of mind that comes from knowing that an elder family member is being well cared for.  Compared to extended hospital stays, the cost of in-home recuperation is not only much lower, but also more beneficial to the rapid recovery of the client.
